The memorable Ashtavinayak tours organised by Goa Development Corporation commences from today. The Hon’ble Chairman, GTDC, Mr. Dayanand Sopte today inaugurated the Ashtavinayak Tours in the distinguished presence of Mr. Srinit Kotwale, MD, GTDC , Mr. Sanjiv Gadkar, Director , Department of Tourism, and host of other dignitaries and officials. Development Corporation has worked out a very reasonably priced tour which provides comfortable travel, darshans, stay and other facilities for Ashtavinayak tours. I am confident that this service will be a huge success.” All Lord Ganesha devotees will get an opportunity to experience a one of a kind pilgrimage to Eight Ganesh Temples in the State of Maharashtra namely Mayureshwar (Morgaon), Siddhivinayak (Siddhtek), Chintamani (Theur), Mahaganapati (Rajangaon), Girijatmaj (Lenyadri) , Vigneshwar (Ozzar)

Varadavinaya (Mahad) and Ballaleshwar (Pali). This tour will facilitate local goans to travel to Ashtavinayak. The tour begins on Thursday evening and will end on Sunday evening and will be for 3 days and 3 nights. GTDC also plans to have four trips in the month of November 2019. This initiative by GTDC is priced at Rs.5,500 per head which will also have a dedicated guide service. The packages include hotel stay and transport. The entire tour will be conducted by Goa Tourism Development Corporation.
