- 1. Incase hall is booked for one category and used for higher category, then the party should pay the of the higher category plus 25% fine.
- 2. The above charges are exclusive of taxes and will be added as per the directives of the Government. The present taxes applicable are: (i) GST @18% will be added on the rent.</li >
CANCELLATION CHARGES:The cancellation charges will be debited against one day’s advance only except curtailment period of stay in Hotel and group booking as follows :
- 25% when intimation is received 30 days or more in advance.
- 50% when intimation is received more than 3 days (72 hours) or more but less than30 days in advance.
- 100% when intimation is received less than 3 days (72 hours) in advance.
- The above cancellation charges shall also to applicable to other services.
- In case of packages, package amount may decided by number of days package to arrive at per day rate.
- All other terms and conditions will remain the same.
