We follow the Australian & New Zealand Standards Authority Guidelines for commercial operations in Bungy Jumping and these standards have now being incorporated to form the Indian Standards, which did not exist before. The project is owned and managed by ex-Army officers, ensuring flawless safety procedures. We have ensured safety by hiring services of technically qualified extreme adventure sports experts with years of experience.
1. How much time does one bungy take to complete ?
About 1.5 hours with briefing period, ticketing and waiting period.
2. Is prior booking necessary?
It is advisable to book in advance online on www.jumpinheights.com to ensure slot. However, it is not imperative.
3. Will making a booking get priority at the jump zone?
We operate all activities on first come first serve Basis. The booking simply ensures a slot, and is not a priority pass.
4. Is there any food facility available at jump zone?
We have a fully operational cafeteria with light snacks.
5. Can we eat something before Bungy jump?
Yes, you can eat before any of the activities, as long as you are comfortable.
6. Can we jump with specs or contact lenses?
Jump can not be conducted with specs, however, we attach your specs with you while jumping, so you can use them after the jump. Contact lenses are fine.
7. Are shoes compulsory?
Shoes are not compulsory for the Jump, but are advisable, as you need to trek back up after the jump.
8. What about photography/Videography ?
We offer HD quality videography with every jump.
9. Is there any accommodation facility at jumpin heights or any hotel near jump zone?
We do not offer any accommodation, however, there are a lot of options nearby.

Cancellation Charges:
No refund if the jumper refuses to jump or does not arrive by the given time. We refund the entire amount only if we are shut due to the weather conditions or any technical reason for which we are responsible, we refund the entire amount.
