The extravagant Carnaval and Shigmo festivals are coming up in the state of Goa and preparations are underway with much enthusiasm. Hon’ble Minister, Shri Rohan Khaunte, Secretary(Tourism), Shri Sanjeev Ahuja and King Momo for Carnaval 2023, Shri Russel DSouza, addressed the media in a press conference in Delhi, to announced the dates of these much-awaited festivals.The media also got to groove to the sounds of the new Carnaval theme song!
