The Goa Food and Cultural Festival 2023 was held with much fanfare Morjim this year. The event was inaugurated by Union Minister of State for Tourism and Ports, Shipping and Waterways, Shri Shripad Naik; in the presence of Hon’ble MLA, Mandrem Constituency, Shri Jit Arolkar, and other dignitaries.
 
The festival showcased the best of authentic Goan cuisines, folk dances and music performances. Musical performances, including one from the talented artist Sophie Choudry, kept the crowd busy. The event also featured a cooking competition, as several local stalls served home-cooked Goan delicacies.
