The Arabian Travel Market 2023 held in Dubai provided Goa Tourism an opportunity to expand its relations on a global platform by showcasing Goa’s vibrant and rich culture, heritage, coastal beaches and new tourism offerings.
 
The Goa pavilion was inaugurated by H.E. Shri Sanjay Sudhir, Indian Ambassador to the UAE, in the presence of Shri Rohan Khaunte, Hon’ble Minister of Tourism, IT & EC and printing & stationery, Goa. During ATM 2023, the delegation had a series of high-level meetings with CEOs of prominent airlines, tourism authorities, hospitality groups, and destination management companies, with a continued focus on exploring investment opportunities for infrastructure development in Goa and increasing tourist inflow by aligning with various airlines.
 
The Goa Tourism delegation also met with H.E Issam Kazim, CEO of Dubai’s Department of Tourism and Commerce Marketing (DTCM) to exchange best practices, investment opportunities, and to discuss the exchange of events and festivals.A continued focus remains on greater cooperation and collaboration with stakeholders to promote Goa as a preferred destination for tourism.
