  1. What are the modes of payment to book a room online?
    • All major International and Indian credit cards are accepted on CCAVENUE payment gateway.
    • Major debit and debit cum ATM cards are accepted.
    • ITZ cash cards are accepted.

  2. What is the check-in and check-out time?
    • Check-in and check-out time – 12 noon.
  3. What are the details of Complimentary cruises, South Goa and North Goa trips?
    • Guest staying at our Residencies on tariff basis are entitled for COMPLIMENTARY breakfast as under:

    • Two complimentary breakfast will be provided for double bedded room costing Rs 1600/- and above (exclusive Of Tax). One complimentary breakfast for single occupancy.
    • No Complimentary breakfast for the extra person in the room and dormitory accommodation.
  4. Is my online reservation process secure to protect my personal and credit card information?
    • The hotel room reservation process through is safe and secure. Once you enter your personal and credit card information, your online reservation is processed through a secure computer server. The personal information you enter is encrypted to keep it protected while in transit.

  6. While checking availability and making an online reservation, I receive a message stating my "session expired." Why is this happening, how can this be fixed?
    • site uses cookies to time user sessions. Please ensure your browser is set to accept cookies in order to proceed with checking hotel rates and reserving a hotel room online.
  7. Do I have to be one of the staying guests in order to book a room online?
    • No. The credit cardholder is not required to be present on check-in. If the credit card holder is not one of the Hotel Guests, he or she can make the payment for the booking. If you have any queries, please do not hesitate to email us at

  9. Can I book a hotel room online on the day I plan to arrive?
    • Currently, you may book hotel rooms online at least one day in advance of your arrival date. For bookings for the same day as arrival,

      Please note that for bookings within 48 hours of arrival, the cancellation/change policy is fully in effect.
  10. How do I make reservation for a larger group (more than 6 rooms)?
    • Currently, we process the booking upto 6 rooms at a time via our online reservations. For group booking of 7 rooms or more,

  11. How can I ensure that my online booking has been received and confirmed?
    • Once the on-line booking is complete after the payment, booking confirmation receipt displayed on your monitor can be printed; also you will receive the confirmation receipt on your email. This receipt has to be carried at the hotel at the time of check-in.
  12. Do I need to register as a member in order to book a room?
    • You do not need to register on the website in order to make a booking.
  13. I found my reservation details online, but why cannot I modify or cancel my reservation online?

  14. If I have called the Central Reservation Office directly to modify my online reservation, Why are the changes not reflected online?
    • If you contact the Central Reservation Office directly for changes, the online itinerary may not reflect the latest changes due to technical limitations.
  15. Are there any system requirements in order to book online?
    • No special requirements are needed in order to book online. The Online Reservation system is developed by standard HTML. Any computer and platform will provide compatible access through an online browser (e.g. Internet Explorer, Mozilla Firefox, etc).
  16. Are there any specifications for Plug-in and Cookies settings?
    • No. Cookie settings are specific to the individual consumer. I get an error message when I click on Hotel Reservations. What should I do? It may due to our server maintenance.

  17. I have reserved a hotel room online and would like to stay at the other GTDC hotel instead.
    • Please mail us the details about the other GTDC hotel and the booking will be transferred to the other GTDC hotels as per the availability and sent to you.
  18. How do I cancel my online booking and have a full refund?
    • For cancellation, please email us at Booking will be cancelled as per GTDC's cancellation policy as below and the amount will be refunded to you. Cancellation rules for booking of rooms, tours, cruises, etc. of Goa Tourism Development Corporation Ltd. are revised with effect from 01.01.2014. “The cancellation charges will be debited against one days advance except curtailment period stay in Hotel and group booking”.
    • 25% when intimation is received 30 days or more in advance.
    • 50% when intimation is received more than 3 days (72) hours) or more but less than 30 days in advance.
    • 100% when intimation is received less than 3 days (72 hours) in advance.
  19. Is there pick - up / drop available from / to the airport?
    • Pick up/drop facility is available from/to the airport on extra cost.

  20. Is tariff inclusive of taxes?
    • Yes tariff is inclusive of Luxury tax and service tax.
  21. What if there will be more than two adults in the room?
    • The third adult in the room is charged @25% of the room rent per day. One extra mattress will be provided for the extra adult. Children between 5 to 12 years of age will be charged @Rs.100/- per day. This extra amount can be paid on check-in at the hotel.
  22. Does North Goa Tours/South Goa Tour include River cruise?
    • North Goa Tour/South Goa Tour does not include River cruise. River cruise has to be booked separately. North Goa Tour can be combined with river cruise to avail pick up and drop back facility to the residency. Pick up and drop for River cruise will have to be arranged on own if not booked with North Goa Tour.
