Note:
- 1. Incase hall is booked for one category and used for higher category, then the party should pay the of the higher category plus 25% fine.
- 2. The above charges are exclusive of taxes and will be added as per the directives of the Government. The present taxes applicable are: (i) GST @18% will be added on the rent.
Cancellation Charges
The cancellation charges will be debited against one day’s advance only except curtailment period of stay in Hotel and group booking as follows :
- 25% when intimation is received 30 days or more in advance.
- 50% when intimation is received more than 3 days (72 hours) or more but less than30 days in advance.
- 100% when intimation is received less than 3 days (72 hours) in advance.
- The above cancellation charges shall also to applicable to other services.
- In case of packages, package amount may decided by number of days package to arrive at per day rate.
- All other terms and conditions will remain the same.
