The helpline provides personalised guidance on accommodation, activities, attractions, heritage experiences, spiritual sites, and more. With assistance available in English, Hindi, Marathi and Konkani, visitors receive reliable information whenever they need it. The helpline also enables swift communication with authorities during any emergency, reinforcing Goa’s commitment to traveller well-being.
On the ground, Goa’s trained lifeguards, stationed along the coastline, ensure safe beach experiences through constant vigilance and timely alerts. Safety is further strengthened through the combined presence of the Goa Police, Tourist Police Unit, Night Patrol units, and the all-women Pink Force. Goa Miles, Goa Taxi apps, Elect tracked rides, and reliable services, ensuring that tourists can move around the state with ease and confidence.
