In this tour one can experience and admire the finest of beaches, rivers, churches, temples, the Capital City Panjim, ambiences by the river, City Market, Historical Monuments, City Gardens, including well-known fascinating places like Old Goa Church, Dona Paula View Point City Miramar Beach, Calangute Beach, Mangeshi Temple and many more tourist attractions.
Hop – on – Hop off Bus Tours
- 1. All our buses have the features like Audio/Video Commentary about places, Air-conditioned and Open Deck, GPS Tracking, CCTV Surveillance for safety and security of passengers, Music system and Goa & Tourism information videos on the run.
- 2. There will be a professional Guest Relation Executive on board to explain about the places and assist the tourists during their travel with us.

Infants/child up to 3 years (Valid gov. proof) – No charge provided they are not occupying a seat.

No, it has to be 2 consecutive days i.e. Monday & Tuesday or Sunday & Monday etc.

Why should you take the Hop-On Hop-Off bus?
Tourists are advised to take a full single loop and listen to the live commentary. It will help you decide the places that you prefer to explore according to your interest. You have the flexibility of boarding a bus as many times as you want during the validity of your ticket.
Do you provide pick and drop?
No! We do not provide any pick and drop service. However, there are stops at designated routes which one can track the incoming buses once your book the tickets by downloading the app.
Do the tour buses offer hotel pick up/drop?
No, however many of our stops are near centrally-located hotels.
Can I buy only 1 day pass?
The pass is for one day for the designated route.
Will we get a seat number or a confirmed seat upon booking?
Once you book your tickets, your travel gets confirmed with Go Goa Hop on Hop Off Bus for that particular day. Seats are on the basis of first come-first serve. Buses are available at a regular frequency at each Go Goa Hop on Hop off bus stop.
What is your child policy?
Child up to 3 years (with a valid gov. proof) there are no charges, provided they are not occupying any seat. For more information visit our T&C.
If I book Goa sightseeing 1- or 2-day’s ticket can i hop in and out of south to north bus?
Yes! You require to add on North/ South bus ticket while you book 1- or 2-day’s pass.

No, we don’t provide.
Do You Provide food during the tour?

What time does the Go Goa bus tour start?
The Bus starts every day at 09:00 AM. The services are active till 09:00 PM for North Goa Tour and for South Goa Tour.
How much time you provide at each spot for sightseeing and how long will the bus wait?
There is no time limit, in simple terms hop on hop off means you can jump on and off at our designated stops as many times as you wish as per your pass validity. Kindly check out bus route time table for more information.

Can pets be brought on board?

What happens if the bus does not show up on time?
Our hop on hop off buses run on a strict schedule, still, unfortunately traffic still can affect our timetable. In case of any delays, we kindly ask for your patience and understanding
While booking payment got deducted but I did not get my Ticket No, please help?

I bought tickets online but have yet to receive a confirmation email. What am I supposed to do?
In case you don’t receive our confirmation email after completing the transaction, we advise you to do the following: Check your bulk mail or spam folder If you don’t see it there, send an email to us at info@hoponhopoffgoa.com. Please share all details related to the booking in that email so that we can quickly resolve the issue without any trouble for you. You may also connect with us through our contact center support from 09:00 AM to 09:00 PM. You will also have a download voucher link on the confirmation page after you have completed the booking.
Will there be commentary?
All tours have commentary, either a live guide and/or pre-recorded audio commentary sharing interesting information about the city’s history, culture and places of interest.
Are the buses wheelchair accessible?

Can I Cancel my tickets?
Any service cancelled at least 24 hours prior to it will get a full refund after deducting the bank transaction fees of 5% which will be issued between 5 to 7 business days, after the cancellations have been placed. Cancellations within 24 hours before the service will be charged in full.

BUS TOUR CONCEPT:
- The tourists can Hop on and Hop off multiple times in a day (9:00am to 6:00pm) on our any multiple buses as per their convenience and schedule of the bus, which can be easily tracked through our App.
- There are 2 to 3 buses keep on looping on the Red and Blue Line Routes within the gap of 30 minutes to 45 minutes.
- No cost pickup and drop will be provided for the customers falling on our Bus routes. For e.g. The customer staying in Blue line routes can be picked up for Red Line Tour and vice versa.
- The customer has a flexibility to spend as much time they want to in places they like and hop on to the next upcoming bus.

Cancellation Policy
- Any service cancelled at least 24 hours prior to the journey will get a full refund after deducting the bank transaction fees of 5% on UPI Payment and 7% on Net banking/Card Payment which will be issued between 5 to 7 business days, after the cancellations have been placed.
- Any other transaction charges of GTDC may be added for the cancellation policy.
- Cancellations within the same day of service will get no refund.
Other Terms
- Our company deserve rights to suspend or change bus model in case there is any technical issues
- The Company reserves the right to deviate from the route of a service in the event of traffic jams or for circumstance beyond the Company’s control.
- The Company will have no liability in case of cancellation of tour due to reasons beyond the control of the Company. We will refund the 100% amount paid to us.
- Entry Fees for any tourist spots (if applicable) will be additional and will be paid by the passengers travelling.
- Food Arrangements are not the part of this quote. However we will assist you on the same.
- The Company, its Directors, its Management and its agents accept no liability whatsoever for any loss, damage, or injury, suffered or arising from any negligence, acts, omission, faults or defaults howsoever caused.
- Smoking, carrying contraband and explosive articles is strictly prohibited on the bus.
- Consumption of alcohol is not permitted inside the bus.
- The travelers shall take care of all personal property. Our Company will not responsible for any loss of goods of property of the passengers.
