Do I need to register to use GOAMILES TAXI?
Yes. You need to register the first time you book your ride with GOAMILES.

How to register & create an GOAMILES account?
To create an account, the user has to sign-up on the GOAMILES app using just his/her mobile number. Your account shall be created once you verify using the OTP (One Time Password) received on the registered mobile number given. That’s it, you are ready to GO.
How can I access my existing account?
If your Mobile number is already registered on GOAMILES, then also you need to get your OTP every time you login, you do not have to put OTP unless you have logged out and need to LOGIN.
How to reset my password?
You will be assigned an OTP every time you log into the application, this step is needed from Security perspective & you not remembering password every time.
How do I book a GOAMILES cab?
Allow the app to access your device location, check the setting on your phone to do so. On opening the app, you will be able to view GOAMILES TAXI near your location. Mark your pickup (By default it would be your device location) and drop location (Location where you want to go), choose the preferred cab type for your commute (SEDAN, HATCHBACK, SUV& SUV CLASSIC), and select the CONFIRM option. Post CONFIRM, calculate your ride estimate, AGAINST EACH TYPE OF VEHICLE, then confirm your booking. Simple, Isn’t it?
Can I track the cab?
Yes, you will be able to track your cab’s location on the map before booking & after your booking is confirmed. You can check the ETA (Estimated Time of Arrival) in which your driver will pick you up from the provided location.
Can I request a particular type of cab or driver in the app?
Yes, you can request for a preferred choice of cab, as SEDAN, HATCHBACK, SUV& SUV CLASSIC. But, there is no option to request for a particular driver.
Will I be allotted another cab automatically, if the current one is late?
As of now, you will be asked to cancel your current booking and rebook another cab.
Will there be any cancellation charges when I cancel my ride?
There are no cancellation charges applied if you cancel the ride before 5 minutes, after 5 minutes you would be.
Can two people register using the same mobile number?
No, two people cannot register using the same mobile number, if it is done, then by default after verification process, the first login will get logged out automatically. So make sure that your mobile number & OTP works on only 1 mobile at a time.
How long does it take to complete the registration process?
You have to submit your mobile number in order to register with us. This process will take less than a minute.
Do I have an option to change language settings in the app during registration?
No, that option is not available as of now. The default language is set to English.
Can I book two or more cabs at the same time for different destinations without waiting to complete the existing booking?
NO, as of now you can’t do that. But going further, you can book two or more cabs at the same time for different destinations by choosing the “Book Another Cab” option in the app.
Can I book cabs on a weekly or a monthly basis?
No, you cannot book cabs on a weekly or monthly basis in the app. You need to do it every time when you need it.
Are there any non-AC cabs available for booking?
There are AC Taxis available, as of now. However, depending upon situation, the customer can ask the driver to turn off the AC if required.
Will the driver be able to view my phone number?
As of now, YES, but going further, No, the driver will not be able to view your phone number as all numbers are masked. The calls would be routed through the call centre.
Can I change my destination after getting into the cab?
NO, as of now that feature is not available but going further this would be very much feasible. We will keep updating you for the same
Can I monitor the details about Time, Distance and Rate on the app while riding?
YES. You can very well do that, most of the things are designed for your safety & security & to have minimize communication with driver, Mobile app will let you have all the data that is required such as ETA (Estimated Time of Arrival), Distance to be covered, & rate the driver after the ride is done.
Does GOAMILES have cameras in their cabs?
No. There are no cameras in our cabs as the company values the customer’s privacy.
Will there be any waiting charges levied?
There is a 5-minute courtesy wait. Subsequently, a waiting charges will be levied per minute.
Will I get a prompt service on making a prior booking for a specific cab?
Yes, the service will be prompt on prior booking. There are no additional charges.
If my cab breaks down, will the company compensate through a waiver?
Yes. In the case of a breakdown during a short ride, the entire travel charges will be cancelled/waived. However, in the case of a breakdown during longer rides, flat discounts will be given to the customers.
How do I get a receipt for my ride?
You will receive your receipt via default in the Mobile app, MENU section of “My Rides”.
Are GOAMILES TAXI available 24*7?
Yes, GOAMILES TAXI are available 24*7.
Can the booking be done & paid in CASH?
Yes, you can book & pay in Cash, although with CASH as option, you will be asked to pay for the GMB (Goa Miles Balance), which needs to be minimum INR 200.
Are GOAMILES TAXI available on a sharing basis?
As of now, we do not offer cabs on a sharing basis.
How do I pay for my ride when my trip ends?
You can pay by any Digital means (Credit Card, Net Banking, E-Wallets) linked with the GOAMILES app once you’ve completed the ride.
How does your rating system work?
After every ride, both users and drivers are given the opportunity to rate each other based on their trip experience.
Is there any parking charges included in the fare?
YES, Parking charges would be included in your ride for premium parking pickups like Airport, Tourists spot, depending upon the charges we would levy those.
Do I have to load money in GOAMILES WALLET?
YES, you need to load Minimum INR 200 & Maximum INR 10,000 for you to book ride on GOAMILES APP
How do I get back my GOAMILES Amount after I finish with my trips in GOA?
YES, we would refund you with all the charges that is within GMB (GoaMiles Balance), when you are done with travelling, minus any cancellation/conveyance charges, if any.
