Freedom Ride

Goa Tourism presents ‘Freedom Ride’, an exclusive bike rally to be held on 15 August 2016.

The Rally will be very enjoyable and give bikers an experience of Goa while exploring its treasures packed with churches, rivers, beaches, temples, villages and much more.

Feel the thrill and excitement with the roar of 100 plus bikers as they maneuver their machines through the enthralling routes chalked out for the rally.

The experience will be very exclusive as it is not a race but just an adventure filled ride.

Only two riders per bike will be permitted. The charges include Rs.800 per person for advance bookings and Rs. 1000 for spot bookings.

Snacks and delicious lunch will be provided at Fort Tirakol Heritage Hotel. Every Rider will be provided with a T-shirt.

The expedition will start at sharp 9.00 a.m. from Paryatan Bhavan, Patto Panjim and will conclude at Shiroda, Goa Highway Junction.

The route map will be shared with the participants on the day of the rally.

The most interesting aspect is the Quiz Competition that would be held pre-lunch making the trip more exciting.

Well known historian Mr. Sanjeev Sardessai will guide the bikers and give insights into Goa's history, culture and traditions during the rally.

Please note: Owners should hold responsibility of their bikes. Rash driving will be prohibited. Consumption of alcohol will not be allowed.

Points to remember:

  1. This is a ride and not a race.
  2. This is a bike ride and not rickshaw, so only max 2 on a bike.
  3. Helmets and driving license compulsory.
  4. Booking @800 if booking before 13 Aug , spot booking @1000.
  5. Includes morning snacks, afternoon lunch and event tshirt.
  6. Owners hold responsibility for their bikes.
  7. Rash drivers will be discarded.
  8. Alcohol consumption not allowed.
  9. Flag off at 9 am at tourism complex, Patto Panjim and ends at Shiroda, Goa highway junction.
  10. Route map will be disclosed to the participants in the morning.
  11. Lunch at Fort Tiracol.
  12. Quiz with prizes pre lunch.
  13. Be ready to expect some rain.
